The Final of the Open Major/Minor Pairs Competition was played today. Excellent bowls were played and Sharyn Samels and Kevin Wilkinson were the winners and Glen Dickson and Tim Harris were runners up. Score was 19/18, a very close game. Congratulations to all four players and a special mention to Tim (our boss) as it was only the second game he had played. The weather was cold and windy but all bowlers did very well.
