The Finals of the Men’s and Ladies Senior Regional Triples took place today at Kempsey Bowling Club, with David Smart, Richard Trowe, and Graham Conan emerging victorious with a 24-22 win after an extra end. Congratulations to these skilled bowlers on their well-deserved win.
In the Ladies Senior Region Triples, Sue Wood, Jenny Roberts, and Shauna Proctor from Lake Cathie secured a victory against the North Haven Ladies team comprising Gwen Saunders, Raylene Austin, and Sandra Gill. The competition was tough, but these ladies persevered to reach the final, showcasing their talent and dedication. A big congratulations to all the players for their exceptional performance.
The matches were a display of skill and sportsmanship, with both teams giving their best to secure a win. The camaraderie and spirit of the game were evident throughout the day, creating an exciting atmosphere for players and spectators alike. The Kempsey Bowling Club was honored to host such a thrilling event, and the players should be proud of their achievements in this challenging competition.

The Final of the Mixed Pairs was played this afternoon. Adele Pobje and Mitch Perry defeated Chris Kilby and Dennis Hare 17 -15. It was a very close match and some wonderful bowls were played.
