52 bowlers shared laughs, friendship & friendly competition on Saturday – thanks to our Fingal Bay visitors!

A Fantastic Afternoon of Bowls and Friendship

Club North Haven was buzzing with great energy on Saturday as we welcomed our friends from Fingal Bay for a wonderful afternoon of bowls. With 52 bowlers taking to the greens, it was a brilliant turnout that made for an exciting and memorable day.

Players enjoyed three games of six ends in a fun tournament format, with friendly competition and plenty of laughs shared across the greens throughout the afternoon. The camaraderie on display was exactly what community bowls is all about.

More Than Just a Game

Congratulations to all our placegetters on their achievements on the day – it’s always great to see talent rewarded. But as any seasoned bowler will tell you, the real highlight of days like these goes well beyond the scoreboard.

The smiles, the banter, the friendships strengthened and the great spirit shown by everyone involved – that’s what makes these inter-club visits so special. Our visitors from Fingal Bay made the trip and brought with them exactly the kind of warmth and sportsmanship that makes the bowls community so wonderful.

A huge thank you to everyone from Fingal Bay for joining us and making it such an enjoyable afternoon. We’re already looking forward to doing it all again!
